After seven very successful years, the union professional development programme is being redesigned to better meet the needs of union professionals. We have conducted an extensive UK survey of union officers and staff and are consulting through meetings in each of the TUC regions and nations. We expect to publish a report in June 2012, with recommendations for a new programme, commencing in September 2012.
