Jo Brand presents prestigious TUC unionlearn Quality Award (South West)The unionlearn Quality Award* is awarded to providers in the learning world who are committed to working with trade unions. Awards are made to providers who demonstrate that unions and union learners are considered in the design, development and delivery of courses and programmes. Those providers achieving the unionlearn Quality Award will be included on the unionlearn website which receives over three million hits per month. Jo Brand said: ' I know through my time working as a psychiatric nurse that learning benefits not only people's confidence and their careers, but also their health. So I'm pleased today to be supporting the TUC's unionlearn, which has made such a difference to workplace learning.'
