Midlands TUCUnionlearn in the Midlands is taking forward union work on learning and training for reps and officers, lifelong learning and workforce development. It builds on the work of TUC Education and TUC Learning Services in the region to date. The region can be proud of the many union workplace learning projects that are opening up opportunities for working people right across the West and East Midlands, enabling people to fulfil their potential and contributing to the growth of unions. There are currently more than 1600 trained ULRs across the region. Our Trade Union Education centres are providing to ever increasing numbers of union reps and officers. New and innovative courses to meet the needs of unions are continually being developed. We provide support to unions right across the learning and education agenda.
