Unionlearn Strategy for Supporting Learners (IAG) (2008 – 2011)

This strategy has been developed to support the delivery of Information, Advice and Guidance (IAG) services to union learners until March 2011. It aims to further build upon the progress made to develop and mainstream a unionlearn model for Supporting Learners (IAG) that has until recently been supported by EQUAL funding. The term Supporting Learners, rather IAG, has been adopted and is used throughout this strategy as it is more meaningful and understandable when describing the activities of most ULRs unless ULRs have undertaken NVQs and are working in a matrix
