*changes within the last twelve months in employment law and related areas such as discrimination and diversity law
*preferences and priorities of course members - there is an opportunity to get assistance with your own project.

* research sources of information
* carry out effective web searches to keep up to date on employment law
* use legal sources to help deal with cases
* make links between legal and bargaining issues.
