Register your interests now.	TUC Training for Equality Reps September to December 2008 courses The last few years have seen an increase in the amount and complexity of equalities issues at work. That's why unions are building the role of equali ty reps to help make workplaces fairer and more equality aware. Equality reps may be experienced workplace reps or new reps who want to take on this new responsibility. TUC Education is piloting a new course for equality reps to help establish the role and to help reps get to grips with the equality agenda. Pilots will take place during September and December 2008.
