ONLINE PENSIONS COURSES FOR UNION REPS The need for information and guidance on pensions has never been so important. Trade union representatives have a key role to play in helping workers understand the complexities of occupational pensions. TUC Education has created two new online courses to help union reps better understand the issue of pensions. STEP 1: Introduction to Pensions Online This practical and helpful online course is for trade union representatives who wish to acquire a basic understanding of the pensions world. The course will enable reps to develop their skills and gain the knowledge necessary to address pension issues in their workplace and work with colleagues to provide advice and guidance on the issues that concern them. www.unionlearn.org.uk/pensionsonline STEP 2: Pensions Champions Online This course aims to train trade union representatives who may already have a basic knowledge of pensions issues to develop that knowledge and become Pensions Champions.
