It aims to open up the public education system to meet the needs of union officers and staff at no cost or at low cost, and to significantly increase the number of officers who get access to training. The Union Professional Development Programme prospectus clearly shows which courses are inter-linked, helping candidates to identify the most appropriate training for their needs.
