TUC Training for Equality Reps
TUC Education is piloting a new course for equality reps to help establish the role and to help reps get to grips with the equality agenda. Pilots will take place during September and December 2008.

NEW ONLINE COURSE: Next Steps for Safety Reps Stage 2 online
This course is designed for health and safety reps that have already completed the TUC Health & Safety Stage 1 course, or its equivalent. The Next Steps for Safety Reps course builds upon the TUC Stage 1 course by further developing confidence, experience, knowledge and skills.

TUC Education Online - the Learner's Perspective
This research project set out to capture trade union representatives' experience of TUC online courses and to explore ways in which TUC Education's online offer could be improved. To capture the experience of students learning online, 1,140 students who applied for TUC online courses during 2006-2007 were contacted and asked to complete a questionnaire. Of the initial 1,140 learners targeted, 260 responded. This paper is based on the responses received from these 260 participants.
