Launch event for the Learning and Organising reports Two pieces of research Union learning, Union recruitment and Organising and Organise to learn and learning to organise, was launched by unionlearn* on Friday 16th March. Billy Hayes, General Secretary of the postal workers union (CWU) and Chair of the unionlearn board and Frances O’Grady, TUC Deputy General Secretary promoted the launch with a panel discussion in which the audience, represented by senior officials and officers/organisers from a wide range of unions, enthusiastically took part in a lively debate around the key issues.
