ESRC PhD STUDENTSHIP 2012: 'The Labour Market in Recession'Applications are being sought for a prestigious (1+3 or +3) full time PhD Studentship, to be based in the Cardiff School of Social Sciences at Cardiff University, to begin in October 2012. The PhD will focus on the impact of the recession on the labour market and will draw on a range of existing cross-sectional and/or longitudinal datasets publicly available from the Data Archive. Applicants are expected to use basic and advanced statistical techniques to analyze these quantitative data. Full UK/EU tuition fees paid, approx. £13,590 p.a. living stipend and £750 p.a. research and training allowance.
