Learning works - News from unionlearn with the South West TUC
A report, based on presentations and sessions presented at the "Falling off the Radar: the impact of living off line" one-day conference that took place in Tiverton, Devon, 23 June 2014, has been compiled by Ana Lopes, UWE.
The unionlearn SW ‘Call to Learn’ project (2012-14) supported unions to set up collective learning funds (CLFs) in the south west of England. Read the result of case study research that assesses the impact of the project; this publication identifies the benefits and challenges of developing CLFs to unions and to management and provides five CLF development case studies.
