South West TUCTrade unions are working to improve learning opportunities in workplaces across the South West and a team of unionlearn Project Workers is based around the region to support this activity. The South West Education team provide a programme of accredited courses for trade union officers and representatives. The Learning Works for All (LWfA) project was set up in 2003 to increase the productivity, performance and confidence of individuals and organisations in the South West. It is managed by unionlearn with the South West TUC and supported by the South West of England Regional Development Agency. LWfA supports trade unions, working with partners, to develop and deliver sustainable projects that increase access to learning and promote greater employee involvement in decisions.
