Union Learning Fund

Union Learning Fund (ULF)

The Union Learning Fund (ULF) provides funding to help trade unions use their influence with employers, employees and others to encourage greater take-up of learning at work, and boost their capacity as learning organisations.

The fund was established in 1998 to aid the Government's objective of creating a learning society. Unions are key to this, playing a pivotal role in promoting and organising learning opportunities for their members, and engaging 'non-traditional' learners.

You can find more about this fund on the Union Learning Fund website.
