Join Author James Withey and Reading Agency's Annie Robinson as they discuss:

  • The biggest challenges we face post lockdown in relation to our mental health
  • Tips for managing day to day life after lockdown
  • Ways to manage any mental health challenges we might face as we come out of lockdown
