The latest edition of Supporting Learners News is out today, and full of news, ideas and events to help Union Learning Reps make 2016 a year full of learning opportunities for workplaces across the country.
Issue 10 of the popular electronic newsletter includes information on new resources such as “Mental Health and the workplace” and “Work and Well-being”, news on unionlearns new partnership with the University of Wolverhampton, updates on events including the Supporting Learners national gathering in London and National Apprentice Week – and much more.
The publication is becoming increasingly popular and Supporting Learners Development Officer, Louisa Smith, said:
Unionlearn's aim with the Supporting Learners Newsletter is to keep reps informed and up to date - promoting upcoming events, new resources and websites, national campaigns and workplace learning activity ideas.
It’s a useful tool to share ideas and give out updates with many ULRs, project workers and project managers forwarding the bi-monthly online newsletter on to colleagues. This is a good way to pass on information and keep teams briefed on ways to best help support learners in the workplace."
