Who can advise you?

The National Careers Service is a free service which you can access by telephone, email, face to face if you are in specified groups.

Once you have decided on a shortlist, individual universities and other institutions all provide detailed advice and information about their provision for potential students. They are the best source of information about part-time provision, which often does not appear on national databases.

Unionlearn's Sources of further advice on higher learning for advisers and learners is designed to support work-based advisers helping potential learners who are considering taking a pre-entry course, or thinking of applying to higher education.
