Unionlearn has commissioned 15 research papers and an in-depth evaluation over the last five years. The research is focussed on the role of unions in learning and skills policy and practice. It covers a range of topics including union learning and organising, collective bargaining and partnership over training, the learning journeys of individual union learners, the profile and role of ULRs who support them, the unions and the utilisation of skills and, most important, the impact of the Union Learning Fund and union learning on learners, unions and employers through the evaluation.
