Following its launch at the unionlearn Annual Conference earlier this month the 2019 unionlearn Annual Report is now available to download.

Introducing the report Mary Bousted, Chair of the unionlearn Board said:

Over the past year union learning has continued to open up learning opportunities to a diverse population. As ever, we are reaching out to individuals who have little or no access to learning and training from their employer and lack the confidence or means to use the formal education and skills system.”

At the same time unions are supporting skills development by widening access and making the case for quality, whether in the case of apprenticeships for young people or continuing professional development for older employees.”
