Autumn edition of new look Learning Rep now out

Unionlearn has unveiled its new look Learning Rep this week just in time for the forthcoming Autumn Festival of Learning.

The Learning Rep is unionlearn’s key publication for union learning reps and is packed full or articles

In his foreward to the new edition unionlearn Director, Kevin Rowan, talks about the challenges of lockdown and the coronavirus pandemic highlighting the new unionlearn campaign to support Skills and Recovery.

Kevin says: “Those challenges will involve change on a major scale for many of us – more home-working, more job restructuring and – as many employers have already made clear – more redundancies.”

“That’s why unionlearn has developed our new Skills and Recovery campaign, gathering together existing resources and developing new ones to help union learning reps (ULRs) and other union reps better support members facing major change.”

The latest edition of the Learning Rep E-magazine also includes stories and articles including have the following:
