Create Your Own Future, unionlearn's exciting new support tool to help users prepare for future careers, is now live and available to learners.

Users of the online tool will be supported by a virtual mentor so they can identify their transferable skills and become inspired and motivated to gain new skills that will be matched to job opportunities and training. 

The bite-size courses provide support for creating CVs, time management, study skills and much more.

Unionlearn have worked in partnership with developers Saffron Interactive to produce the tool.

Create Your Own Future has been funded through the CareerTech Challenge Fund, a partnership between Nesta and the Department for Education that supports the development of innovative services that help people navigate the changing labour market and learn the skills they need for the future of work. 

Create Your Own Future offers a range of support to begin and plan for career changes.

Unionlearn Projects Office Jane Warwick is running a series of interactive sessions that will provide an opportunity for Union Learning Reps to become familiar with the tool and find out how it can best support workplace leaners.
