Join unionlearn focus groups to shape future training programme

Unionlearn are organising a series of focus groups in late May to give ULRs a chance to shape the direction that future training programmes and skills support takes – and we want to hear your views!

Focus groups

Even before the current pandemic, significant numbers of jobs are at risk from automation and AI. This means that we will all need to retrain and develop the skills to secure our economic future.

Unionlearn, in partnership with Saffron Interactive, want to develop a programme of support that will be able to secure futures through identifying the transferable skills you and your learners have, inspiring and motivating workers to get new skills and to match them to new job opportunities.

Unionlearn Serivce Team Manager Ian Borkett said:

We want to build a programme that is designed by you, the Union Learning Rep, to support your learners.”

You can help by attending this short online focus group session. Your knowledge and experience will be invaluable in helping to design a programme that could have a positive impact on many working people’s lives by helping them to map out their future career pathways.”

Join us in making a difference and creating an online resource to support workers with their career change or progression.
