Following the huge success of Robin Graham's Laughter Yoga webinar unionlearn will be holding a number of smaller sessions on zoom so people can get involved and learn techniques in a small group.
In times of change and uncertainty, our mind can find itself thinking in the future and the past; but when our mind is going backwards and forwards like this, trying to make sense of it, it is often draining.
These sessions with Robin will aim to bring us back to the present moment, focusing on now, because in the present moment the worry can reduce, and our mind has clarity to make its choices and decisions.
Over 300 people registered for the unionlearn webinar, and these follow up sessions will offer a far more personal experience with number limited to 15 per session so people can try out techniques and really get to grips with Laughter Yoga and the benefits it can offer.
The sessions are running in the day-time and evening to give people with different responsibilities, or work pattens a chance to take part.
The first is on 24 June between 14.00 and 15.00 with an evening session starting at 19.00 the following week on 1 July.
