New free eLearning modules explore skills and recovery

As part of ongoing skills and recovery support unionlearn today launch a new suite of eLearning modules covering skills around career changes, working in the green economy and skills initiatives for young people.

The webinar will take place from 12.30 to 1.30pm on Thursday 2 July and be led Susan Nichols and Ken Gyles from the TUC Northern Better Health at Work team.

Regional Secretary Beth Farhat said:

Older and retired workers have faced a prolonged period of isolation and loneliness, it’s more important than ever that we reach out and support workers who are self-isolating."

That is why the Northern TUC Better Health at Work team are hosting a webinar on mental health and wellness while at home.”

While the focus is on older and retired workers anyone with an interest in mental health and wellbeing in the workplace is also welcome to attend.
