Unionlearn has just added a new “Staying safe online” learning theme to SkillCheck to support learners who are increasing relying on the internet to work.

Knowing how to stay safe is a big part of being able to go online with confidence. Test out your skills and knowledge on browsing the web, protecting yourself from scams and crime and judging the information you find online with this SkillCheck.

Once you’ve worked through the 15 questions you’ll be signposted to other support and information and can review any areas of online safety you want to learn more about.

Unionlearn created SkillCheck as a tool created for the unions and reps to help deliver learning in the workplace, however the online platform is ideally suited to people working from home, isolating and with caring responsibilities.

This tool contains a number of learning themes designed to help engage with learners, providing both an initial assessment and a way to encourage further learning.
