Study Skills to be the focus of unionlearn webinar
The latest in the unionlearn series of lockdown webinars will focus on how to improve your study skills at a time when most learning is now being done online and at a distance.
With the lockdown now might be the best time to return to the world of learning to improve your skills. But most of the learning on offer these days is online and that poses some problems:
- You’ve never learned online before!
- Surely you need a teacher to help guide you through?!
- You struggled to learn in school so how can you expect to succeed now when there is even less support?!
Valid concerns, but are they real and, if they are, can they be solved?
Join Matt in this fun and friendly webinar if you are interested in doing some online learning yourself, or if you are planning to support someone else do so!
Matt Pointon is a unionlearn projects officer who supports unions to access a wide variety of learning opportunities. He has many years of experience in adult education and also delivers a number of short taster courses in workplaces.
