This week is National Careers Week, the biggest celebration of career across the UK – and the ideal time to have a look at unionlearn’s packed webpages full of resources and ideas to build your career.
National Careers Week promotes careers guidance across the UK and takes place between 1 and 6 of March 2021, bringing careers talks and events to students, educators and businesses.
The week is a fantastic celebration of all things careers guidance, which aims to support young people leaving education and moving on to employment. It is also a fantastic opportunity to have a look at some of the fantastic range of careers support that unionlearn has.

Create Your Own Future - Unionlearn’s dynamic online tool that has been built to help users prepare for future careers and become inspired and motivated to gain new skills that will be matched to job opportunities and training.
Careerzone - Created by unionlearn Careerzone aims to provide a 'one-stop-shop' for career information and is a comprehensive careers directory, combined with data analysis, videos, guidance and many other resources.
Value My Skills – Unionlearn’s innovative and interactive online tool aims to help workers identify transferable skills, using experiences and skills from all areas of life this tool will help identify strengths and areas for development.
Skills and Recovery - Unionlearn has developed resources for the recovery and to support people who find that work is changing or are thinking about new skills and career options, including signposting, career information and free learning many of our resources included here can be used by all.
Career kickstart reviews – A guide for union learning reps. Unionlearn and unions have developed career kickstart reviews. The reviews are designed to provide support to young people, start a conversation with them about their career plans and give them the best possible start to their career.
