In difficult times everyone needs a bit down time to reduce stress – and unionlearn will be holding a webinar this month to explore the benefits of Mindfulness.
Mindfulness means maintaining a moment-by-moment awareness of our thoughts, feelings, bodily sensations, and surrounding environment, through a gentle, nurturing lens.
This session with be run by unionlearn Projects Officer Matt Pointon and is an exploration of short mindfulness interventions to reduce stress compromising of engaging mindfulness exercises.
Matt has run popular Mindfulness sessions over the summer for union learning projects including the POA and PCS and is looking forward to sharing his experience.
