Webinar explores stress in the time of Covid

A unionlearn webinar in December will look at ways to manage stress in the current climate as Tracy Douthwaite and Mick Brightman explore stress and discuss ways to reduce its impact.

Tracey is Director for Ways to Wellbeing and a training expert, facilitator and consultant with 30 years of experience working in front line mental health services enabling those with long term conditions to lead meaningful lives.

Joining Tracey is Mick, Learning Organiser with the union Community, who works on their Union Learning Fund project.

With all that is happening in the world, in our homes, in our work and in our lives. We are going to feel stressed out, this workshop is aimed to build awareness for the causes of stress and help manage the way we feel and improve our wellbeing.
