Unionlearn partner Wranx is now giving learners the chance to earn certificates for the modules they study and assessments they pass, as well as preparing to launch new Digital Skills modules based on the Essential Digital Qualifications available this autumn.
Wranx is an online learning tool that supports union members by offering a range of free online, bite-sized training modules, including Functional Skills and GCSE maths and English revision courses.
Mark Williams, CEO of Wranx, said:
We are pleased to announce that you can now earn a certificate for any module or assessment completed on Wranx. You can access your certificates at any time by navigating to the ‘Progress’ page within the platform.
Elsewhere, the new Essential Digital Skills qualifications will be available from September 2020, and Wranx have put together a course based around the Entry Level qualification.”
This course can provide an introduction or additional support and reinforcement to union members interested in these qualifications, and consists of the following modules:
● Being Safe and Responsible Online
● Handling Information and Content
● Creating and Editing
Wranx will also be developing a course for the Level 1 qualification later this year.
(Please note that you can only enrol on two courses at any one time).
